Mielizia is the brand representing the best production of the 600 beekeepers who are members of Conapi – Italian Consortium of Beekeepers and Organic Producers. They collect honeys all over Italy. Each honey has its own identity card which tells a story, from the region of origin to the name of the beekeepers who harvested it.
Aromas, perfumes, flavours, colours, always unique and different from each other, make Mielizia honeys precious delicacies that express the many places of origin and the passion of our beekeepers with a universal and unmistakeable language: that of taste.
Mielizia has chosen to use technologies which respect the honeys, never pasteurised and produced completely without synthetic chemicals. It monitors every step of the production chain, from the apiaries to the jar, with skills that are both ancient and constantly updated.
