Alce Nero Caffè is the brand of the new concept store, that combines in one format café, restaurant and retail, where all the organic Alce Nero, Mielizia and Libera Terra products have the leading role.

Alce Nero Caffè was created following criterias of eco-sustainability, it is indeed the first store to win the "Zero Waste" certification issued by Last Minute Market, a spin-off of the University of Bologna promoted by Andrea Segrè, adopting a series of good practices that aim to make the whole business a sustainable reality: from the choice of interior furnishings, to the supply of free public water, additionally filtered and purified, to the donation of surplus food.
